4. Phase 4 - Mobilize. Give communities tools to hold their representatives accountable in real time.

Why now?

AI can finally do what journalists don't have the time or funding to do at scale: systematically fact-check every promise, from every politician, in every country, every day. The technology exists. The only question is whether anyone builds it without an agenda.
